Requirements
The person in this role will be responsible for establishing and developing a modern HR management system that supports the companyaEUR(TM)s growth, professionalization, and organizational transformation. Key responsibilities include implementing recruitment processes, developing performance evaluation and employee development systems, optimizing organizational structure, and supporting managers in team leadership. A strong focus will be placed on digitalizing HR processes and creating systems to measure alignment between employee behavior and company culture and values, including ensuring recruitment, service, and complaint resolution policies reflect business objectives. The aim of this position is to enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and long-term business stability through standardized, measurable, and values-aligned HR practices.
Responsibilities
Establishing and digitalizing key HR processes (recruitment, records management, performance evaluations, and employee development).
Developing a system for monitoring employee performance and alignment of behavior with company values.
Defining and implementing recruitment policies in line with the companys strategic objectives.
Monitoring and enhancing organizational culture through employee engagement analysis.
Supporting managers in team management and leadership development.
Designing and implementing training and professional development programs for employees.
Ensuring HR practices are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
