We are recruiting on behalf of a client based in Neamt County for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the company’s HR function.

This is a strategic role for a professional who combines strong HR operational expertise with leadership, people management, and organizational development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all HR activities across the organization;
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies;
• Oversee personnel administration, payroll processes, and employee documentation;
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives;
• Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and employee development;
• Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement programs;
• Support the development of a positive organizational culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and performance;
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant people-related insights and recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Law, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
• Solid experience in payroll and personnel administration;
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and high level of confidentiality;
• Advanced MS Office skills and experience working with HR/payroll software (Revisal, Charisma, Nexus, or similar).
