About the role

We're looking for a HV Project Manager who will lead the delivery of all high-voltage connection works for the Dama project, including the 400kV substation, interconnection line, telecom and metering systems, and interface with the TSO (Transelectrica).

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Holding overall responsibility for the successful delivery, construction, energization and commissioning of the Dama HV interconnection infrastructure.
• Acting as Rezolv Energy’s principal representative for all grid connection activities.
• Providing strategic oversight of all HV interconnection activities.
• Managing HV contractors, TSO interfaces and critical interconnection works.
• Ensuring timely energization of the project.
• Ensuring full compliance with grid requirements.
• Ensuring seamless integration with PV and BESS systems.
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, safety and grid code requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in HV infrastructure, grid connection or utility-scale renewable energy projects, working with EPC contractors, utilities, TSOs or IPPs.
• Experience supporting or managing HV substations, transmission lines, interconnection infrastructure and energization activities in utility-scale projects.
• Familiarity with TSO requirements, grid code compliance and utility interfaces, preferably within the European market. Experience in Romania or working with Transelectrica would be an advantage.
• Experience coordinating interfaces between HV / BoP contractors and PV EPC contractors within multi-contract execution environments.
• Experience in site management, logistics coordination and sequencing construction activities.
• Good contractor coordination and problem-solving capabilities in the field.
• Exposure to BESS integration and HV interfaces would be considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of HV substations, grid connection infrastructure and related systems.
• Fluency in English and Romanian language is required

Leadership Competencies & Skills:

• Hands-on and practical profile with strong operational presence in the field.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and help mitigate technical, contractual and schedule risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities in relation to contractors, consultants, utilities and authorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-contract execution environment with multiple interfaces and priorities
• Willingness to be site-based for the majority of the working week (4–5 days).

Technical skills:

• Good technical knowledge of HV substations, transmission systems, grid connection infrastructure and utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Understanding of TSO requirements, energization processes and stakeholder coordination within infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, interface management and coordination between HV, PV and BESS scopes.
