To support our capital adequacy and risk strategy, we are looking for an ICAAP Risk Analyst to join our Integrated Risk Management Directorate – ICAAP & RWA Department.

The Role

In this senior position, you will play a key role in the development and governance of RWA methodologies and the ICAAP framework, ensuring alignment with CRR/CRD, EBA and NBR requirements. The role combines quantitative expertise, regulatory judgment, and strategic insight, with direct exposure to senior management and capital adequacy decision-making processes.

Key Focus Areas

• Ownership and enhancement of credit risk RWA methodologies, including analysis of RWA dynamics and multi‑year projections
• Active contribution to ICAAP design, results, and stress testing frameworks
• Interpretation and implementation of EU and local prudential regulations
• Close collaboration with risk, finance, and reporting teams to ensure data consistency and COREP alignment
• Preparation of analytical insights and presentations for Top Management

Job Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking risk management
• Strong SQL skills, Excel & PowerPoint
• SAS, Python or R represent an advantage
• Degree in Economics / Finance
• Business‑fluent English
• Strong analytical thinking, precision, and accountability, with the ability to operate at senior level
