We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience on HR tools implementations, including local system integrations, and demonstrate a deep understanding of HR processes, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
Qualification:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field;
• + 5 years of experience in IT project management, with proven leadership in complex, multi-country implementations;
• Strong expertise in business processes related to the HR area and related technologies;
• Experience with digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English.
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects, including integration with local systems and ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Collaborate closely with HR operations, Finance and ICT teams to design, develop, and optimize HR systems.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth project execution and adoption.
• Guide cross-functional teams to enhance data consistency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for ongoing system management.
• Lead a team of IT analysts dedicated to HR projects.
