We are looking for a new ICT Team Lead for our plant in Oradea, Romania.

Knowledge & Skills:

• At least 2 years on similar, managerial position;
• Leading change ability, team working, giving oneself commitment and responsibility, problem and conflict solving, customer satisfaction orientation, goal achievement orientation attitude;
• Proven experience with focus on Internal Customers Support;
• Budgeting and financial planning skills to manage running costs/capitalized costs and business case analysis;
• Preferable technical skills: Networking, Infrastructure Management, Cloud, Cyber Security, End User Support;
• English language is mandatory;
• Project Management certifications can be a plus.

Qualifications:

• University Studies, preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Business Functions providing efficient and reliable ICT Services and Operations according to Corporate guidelines and strategy;
• Manage the Business lines Demand and priorities;
• Coordinate the local ICT Team;
• Work in conjunction with the technical ICT team ensuring the best options in terms of hardware and software solutions.
