We are currently seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join our IT Audit Team in Bucharest.

What will you do? 

• Conduct various IT Audits in accordance with KPMG methodology and other relevant regulatory requirements and / or standards;
• Plan and conduct IT audits performed as part of the financial external audit;
• Identify and communicate findings to client personnel;
• Recognize performance improvement opportunities for clients.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Systems Management, Cybernetics, Information Technology or related;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT audits;
• Ability to identify risks and controls in various IT systems (applications, computer networks, operating systems, databases);
• Ability to test the IT controls (entity level, IT general controls, application level), and to identify compensating controls;
• Basic knowledge of various IT environments;
• Very good technical and business English;
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC or ISO27001 will be considered a plus;
• Ability to identify and resolve IT related business issues and provide innovative solutions both for IT and business;
• Work effectively either individually or as a member of a multi-skilled team;
• Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and to multi-task effectively;
• Previous experience in a consulting company (Big4) would be a plus;
• Drive for developing professionally and building long-term relationships with colleagues from various teams;
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, resilience, flexibility, adaptability and self-motivation.
