We are expanding our Cybersecurity & IAM Operations team and looking for a Identity Access Management Engineer to support the development and operation of enterprise access management platforms, enabling secure credential management, system integrations, and process automation across the organization.

If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Manages the privileged identities/ privileged access process in the Bank; manages the dedicated platform and drives adoption of its usage in the organization.
• Platform engineering for the privileged identities/access management platform, keeping it up to date and collaborating with other IT Infrastructure teams to ensure platform availability is above 99.5%.
• Builds guidelines for other stakeholders in the organization (account/secret owners willing to onboard/use the platform and/or teams processing new user requests); supports other stakeholders in operating the PIM/PAM platform and or integrating with it.
• Identifies means to automate work and optimize Bank’s related processes.
• Implements risk logic definition in line with own documentation or received through other control functions in the Bank; ensures support for control functions/ external audits.
• Keeps himself up to date with the privileged access domain, new product capabilities and means to optimize operations in the bank.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Hands-on work on reputable PIM/PAM or Secret Management platforms as platform engineer.
• Automation & Scripting is a plus: familiar with Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, clear communication, diplomacy under pressure, and sound decision-making.
• Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Work Style: Organized, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities.
