We are looking for an In-house Lawyer / Legal Advisor to join our team in Bucharest.

Candidate profile:

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience relating to legislation and regulatory development in real estate and corporate fields;
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience relating to legislation and regulatory development in data protection;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Relevant experience in the real estate field;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines;
• Proficient legal writing skills, especially in English;
• Membership in the Bucharest Bar will be considered an asset.

Your assignments may include, among others:

• Drafting, assessing, analyzing, negotiating and completing contracts in line with the company’s business activities: construction, leasing operations and sales (negotiation of the pre-SPAs, SPAs);
• Working closely with the sales teams, leasing team, marketing and others within the residential business of the group;
• Drafting of the necessary documents for representing the company's interests in court, as well as in front of other public authorities, bailiffs, and public notaries (actions/subpoena requests, summonses, responses to summonses, exercise of appeals, various requests);
• Providing legal advice regarding property rights, land book, cadastral operations, labor and civil law etc.;
• Maintaining the relationship with state institutions/authorities (Trade Registry, OCPI, courts, notaries, bailiffs etc.);
• Providing legal support in corporate matters such as drafting bilingual (Ro+Eng) GMS resolutions, director’s resolutions, amendments to the articles of incorporation etc.;
• Providing legal support, assistance and advice to all departments within the group.
