In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate & Litigation

Full-time | On-site | Calea Victoriei 101, Bucharest

GalDan Apartments is a growing real estate investment and property management company operating in central Bucharest.

We are looking for a highly capable In-House Legal Counsel to take full responsibility for the company’s legal matters, including tenant disputes, litigation cases, real estate transactions, and contractual management.

This is a hands-on legal role working directly with the company’s leadership team, managing the legal framework of an active and growing real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal cases and litigation matters involving the company

• Conduct periodic legal reviews regarding new legal cases and legal risks

• Manage legal collection processes from tenants (unpaid rent / unpaid utility bills)

• Handle legal matters with homeowners’ associations and neighbors when required

• Provide ongoing legal reports and updates to company management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers

• Oversee and take responsibility for all contracts signed by the company

• Support legal aspects of property acquisitions, sales, and operational activities

Requirements

• Licensed lawyer (Bar membership required)

• Legal experience in real estate, tenants, litigation, or property-related matters – an advantage

• Good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• High level of organization and attention to detail
