Cerinte
For our client, a production multinational company, we are looking for an Indirect Buyer in Oradea.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
· Good command of English (written and spoken).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
· Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsabilitati
· Manage procurement of indirect materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and services.
· Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
· Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best total cost of ownership.
· Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
· Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness) and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Finance) to identify and fulfill operational needs.
· Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier data in the ERP system (SAP).
· Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
