As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will:
Manage a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality VAT advisory services;
Lead VAT consulting projects, providing practical and value-adding solutions for clients;
Assist and represent clients during VAT audits, including managing correspondence with tax authorities, preparing reconciliation files, drafting technical positions and supporting tax challenges;
Participate in and coordinate tax reviews, tax health checks and tax due diligence projects, with a focus on risk assessment and improvement opportunities;
Collaborate closely with colleagues from other service lines (Audit, Advisory, Transfer Pricing, Accounting) to deliver integrated client solutions;
Actively contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for additional tax services and supporting the growth of client relationships;
Coach, mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance, feedback and performance coaching;
Monitor VAT legislative developments and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing activities, trainings and technical discussions;
Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and working methodologies within the Indirect Tax team.
