🔹 Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Willingness to relocate/travel to HUN/GER for initial training (90 days).
• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in the aviation or manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in APQP and PPAP (other quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA – nice to have).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written – 100% proficiency).
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of project management phases, industrialization processes, and production standardization.
• Hands-on experience in layout planning tools (visTable or related) and 3D CAD environments.
• Ability to analyse capacity, cycle times, and production efficiency.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Previous involvement in greenfield or startup industrial projects.
• Familiarity with European aviation standards or lightweight production technologies.
• Basic knowledge of German or Hungarian languages is an advantage.
