Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, risk registers, resource allocations, and milestone tracking. Ensure project objectives are aligned with business strategy, operational requirements, and manufacturing excellence standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple sites and departments. Facilitate regular project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates Process Design Analyze existing manufacturing processes and define future-state automated production concepts Lead specification, selection, procurement, and acceptance of automated equipment and manufacturing technologies Collaborate with automation engineers, machine builders, and system integrators to ensure technical requirements are met Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and production validation.Key Experiences Experience in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering or Project Management Experience in leading capital investment projects involving automation, robotics, assembly lines or production equipment Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, MAI, EHS, IT Experience working with machine builders, automation integrators, robotic suppliers and industrial equipment manufacturers for FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation for production readiness Experience with Lean Manufacturing, SixSigma, Continous Improvement is an advantage.COMPETENCIES Knowledge of engineering development processes and working methods Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage Proactive, well organized, team-oriented, and customer-focusedOur commitment to inclusion, fairness and equal opportunitiesWe believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning, and equal opportunities for everyone to drive our innovation and success.
