We are looking for a results-driven Industrial Sales Representative(refrigeration) with strong B2B sales experience and a solid understanding of industrial market dynamics. If you have excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking abilities, and enjoy building long-term business relationships, we would love to hear from you!


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to meet customer requirements
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs (Sales Revenue & Integrated Gross Margin)
  • Analyze territory/market potential and develop territory plans and strategies
  • Generate and manage a strong opportunity pipeline
  • Successfully close customer deals
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and departments
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback

  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time
  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
