This role requires strong organizational abilities, solid communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and creator dynamics.What You'll DoInitial Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with influencers, introduce collaboration opportunities, and handle early-stage negotiations around deliverables, pricing, and timelines while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Scout Management: Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers for upcoming campaigns.
