About The Role

We're looking for two TikTok Affiliate Administrators.

Both roles are responsible for managing and growing TikTok affiliate creators programs. One program will be managed in the TikTok shop, and one will be managed via Aspire.

One role will be the engine behind our TikTok Shop affiliate program, managing high-volume outbound outreach, onboarding new creators, and building lasting relationships with active affiliates inside TikTok's native affiliate platform. This role is focused on driving traffic to our TikTok Shop, where we sell Aminos - our flagship amino acid supplement.

One role will be the engine behind our TikTok Aspire affiliate program, managing high-volume outbound outreach, onboarding new creators, and building lasting relationships with active affiliates via the Aspire platform. This role is focused on driving traffic to our GetKion.com website, where we sell a variety of daily nutritional supplements.

Both TikTok Aspire and TikTok Shop Affiliate are brand-new programs for us, so you'll play a key role in shaping it from the ground up. Your work will directly contribute to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Both roles will:

🎯 Grow total TikTok affiliate participation through inbound and outreach channels

📊 Manage creator approvals, samples, and commission structures within TikTok Shop or Aspire

💬 Communicate with and nurture relationships with existing affiliates

🚀 Support campaign execution focused on Aminos or other Kion products

🛠️ Provide platform-specific technical support to affiliates

You’ll need to be available for at least 75% of Kion's workday, which runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time.

About You!

To excel in this role, you need:

✔️ 1–2 years minimum experience managing affiliate or creator programs

✔️ Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Affiliate platform

✔️ Strong outbound and onboarding skills for creator or affiliate programs

✔️ Excellent written communication for daily outreach and relationship management

✔️ Ability to manage high-volume workflows including lists, invites, and onboarding flows

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience scaling large affiliate programs with 1,000+ creators

⭐ Experience working with US-based creators and audiences

⭐ Experience with other affiliate platforms like Aspire, Impact, or Grin

⭐ Direct-to-consumer or ecommerce background

⭐ Experience with health and wellness or supplement brands

You're comfortable with ambiguity and excited about helping shape a brand-new program from the ground up. A proactive communicator who thrives in structured, high-volume environments, with strong organization skills, a process-driven mindset, and natural curiosity. There’s a clear sense of ownership in how you approach your work.
