We’re looking for a skilled Information Security GRC Specialist to join our growing global security team at RecoTek.

In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance our governance, risk, and compliance framework, ensuring Reconomy meets the highest standards across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Cyber Essentials.

🌐 You’ll work closely with business and technology teams worldwide, balancing operational compliance activities with strategic initiatives that embed security and privacy by design into everything we do.

🏆 Must-Haves for Success

🚀 1. Proven GRC Expertise 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Information Security GRC, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and risk assessment methodologies.

🧠 2. Strong Compliance & Audit Knowledge Experience managing internal/external audits, maintaining documentation, and aligning processes with security standards.

💬 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent English skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and compliance teams.

📋 What You’ll Do

✅ Maintain compliance documentation and evidence for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Cyber Essentials 🕵️ Conduct risk assessments for new projects and vendors 📑 Support internal and external audits 📚 Develop and maintain security policies and procedures 🔍 Review vendor security controls and assess risks 🛡️ Provide security guidance to business units and support customer inquiries 📢 Deliver security awareness training and help improve internal processes
