IT Manager - Master Data & ERP / Applications & SharePoint Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for a Master Data & ERP / Applications & SharePoint Supervisor to join our team and support the digital backbone of our organization. If you are passionate about business systems, data accuracy, process optimization, and modern collaboration tools, this role is for you.
You will supervise master data processes, ensure the smooth operation of our ERP and business applications, and manage SharePoint-based digital workflows to improve efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data
•
Manage and validate all master data (materials, customers, vendors, BOMs, price lists).
•
Implement and maintain data governance standards.
•
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
•
Create and update SOPs and data workflows.
ERP / Applications
•
Provide day-to-day support to ERP users.
•
Troubleshoot functional issues and manage ERP access rights.
•
Work with departments to improve business processes through system enhancements.
•
Coordinate ERP configuration changes, updates, and new module rollouts.
•
Create reports and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, etc.).
SharePoint & Collaboration Tools
•
Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and document structures.
•
Develop workflows, forms, and automated approvals.
•
Support internal communication and document digitalization projects.
Leadership & Projects
•
Coordinate a small applications/data team.
•
Train end-users on systems and data processes.
•
Lead or support digital transformation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or similar.
•
3–7 years experience with ERP systems, master data, or business applications.
•
Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes is a plus.
Technical Skills
•
Strong knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Odoo, etc.).
•
Experience with master data governance.
•
SharePoint administration knowledge.
•
Reporting experience: Power BI, SQL, Crystal Reports (preferred).
•
Basic scripting/VBA/automation knowledge is an advantage.
