🌱 IT Site Coordinator – Greenfield Project

🧭 About the Role

As IT Site Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations at the production site in Romania.

Acting as the local interface between the site and the central Shared Service Center, you will coordinate IT services, provide on-site technical support, and contribute hands-on to daily IT operations during the site’s setup and growth phase.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on site for all IT-related topics, coordinating with the central Shared Service Center IT
• Ensure smooth delivery of IT services (network, workstations, infrastructure) and manage local IMAC activities
• Support production employees and managers with IT issues, incidents, and service requests
• Perform hands-on operational IT tasks such as hardware replacement, workstation setup, printer configuration, and basic network activities
• Coordinate and supervise external IT service providers on site
• Maintain local IT documentation, device inventory, and site-specific configurations
• Support audits, IT security compliance, and continuously improve local IT processes and tools

🔹 Essential Requirements

• Education or professional training in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
• Experience coordinating IT services and technical support in industrial or production environments
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace systems, and IMAC processes
• Basic understanding of IT security and data protection standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Experience working with IT service processes (incident, change, and service management)
• Strong service orientation, structured working style, and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Willingness to take a hands-on role on site and travel occasionally for coordination or training
