ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a versatile Project Manager to join our team, someone who can confidently manage projects from discovery through delivery, keep stakeholders and team members aligned, and ensure that both people and processes are performing at their best. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and driving projects to successful outcomes, this role is for you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Discovery & Requirement Gathering

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.


2. Project Planning & Management

  • Build project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Anticipate and resolve roadblocks proactively.
  • Maintain clear communication across team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ensure that final outputs meet the highest quality standards.


3. Stakeholder Communication

  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships and maintain client confidence—even in challenging scenarios.


4. Team Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Create a supportive team culture where members feel empowered to contribute ideas.
  • Provide clear direction on goals and responsibilities.
  • Monitor morale and engagement, offering encouragement and constructive feedback.
  • Resolve conflicts with a solution-focused, collaborative approach.
  • Adapt leadership style to different working preferences and team dynamics.


5. Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct basic reviews and testing of deliverables to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Work with the team to address bugs or inconsistencies quickly.


6. Product & User Experience Insight

  • Translate client needs into features and workflows that deliver real value.
  • Spot gaps between client expectations and optimal user experience, offering solutions that balance both


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Deliver projects within agreed budgets, timelines, and scope.
  • Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and delivery excellence.
  • Implement strong discovery processes to minimize scope creep.
  • Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business.
  • Maintain strong team productivity and engagement.


SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand web fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of website structures, admin interfaces, and platform-building processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills for capturing requirements.
  • Strong leadership: motivate, support, and guide a diverse team effectively.
  • Conflict resolution and feedback skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused communication style.


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing web development projects, with a solid track record of leading digital initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Solid experience in project management (minimum middle–senior level), with proven ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the full web development lifecycle: discovery (solution design), design, development, deployment.
  • Demonstrated success in gathering and documenting project requirements, facilitating discovery sessions, and turning them into actionable deliverables.
