The IT System Administrator will provide support to employees using the ticketing system, e-mail, chat.

Location: on site in Bucharest, Romania, office

Keeps the tickets updated with detailed information. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Manages the employees' equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, monitors, peripherals etc.).
• Deploys new equipment, assigns it to employees, keeps documents for tracking. Orders new equipment, manages warranty issues.
• Orders and installs required software.
• Manages the local infrastructure:(Hardware: network equipment, cabling) (Security: Active Directory, Google Enterprise, Microsoft etc.)
• Provides IT support for employees using the ticketing system, e-mail, chat. Keeps the tickets updated with detailed information.
• Provides support/guidance for the external IT Level 1 support agents when needed.

Required Knowledge:

• Windows, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2016+
• TCP/IP networking skills (subnets, minimal routing)
• English at good conversational level

Required Skills:

• Able to work both independently and in a team.
