About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Engineer/Endpoint Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our endpoint infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for managing workstations, laptops, and mobile devices across the organization, ensuring compliance, patching, software deployment, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Endpoint Management Tools for comprehensive endpoint management.

• Automate software deployment, patch management, and system updates for Windows, Linux and MDM environments.

• Monitor endpoint health and compliance; generate and analyse reports to identify trends and issues.

• Create and manage system images, OS deployment tasks, and remote troubleshooting operations.

• Deploy scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to automate routine maintenance and improve system efficiency.

• Ensure timely deployment of critical security patches and updates across all devices.

• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enforce endpoint security policies and device encryption.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues and escalate as needed.

• Document procedures, configurations, and support guides for internal use.

What we are looking for

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or Endpoint Management.

• Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions.

• Proficient with patch management, software deployment, and remote desktop tools.

• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems.

• Experience with MDM and BYOD policies.
