Main responsibilities:

• Provide Desk Support to monitor WiFi alerts on SNCF trains;
• Triage incoming alerts using the Customer’s network monitoring toolset.
• Monitoring IT Infrastructure: Continuously monitor clients' IT infrastructure components using specific tools and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability;
• Incident Management: Log and escalate incidents based on monitoring alerts in a timely manner, following predefined processes;
• Client Support: Respond to and escalate client incidents and requests received via phone or email, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs);
• Activity Logging: Maintain detailed activity logs and prepare reports within agreed deadlines to keep stakeholders informed;
• Performance Analysis: Analyse performance data to identify potential issues and ensure the health of the infrastructure;
• Collaboration: Escalating issues to next line of support and/or management when necessary;
• Documentation: Update and maintain accurate documentation related to monitoring activities and incident management.
