Mission:
Provide support for the development of new business opportunities. Together with the Regional Account Manager, develop and capitalize on business opportunities in the assigned area. Monitor the progress of commercial contracts within the company and ensure communication with customers. Maintain and build a reputation as a high-quality service provider.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer (existing or potential) requests for quotes and initiate study projects.
• Monitor the progress of study projects within the company and maintain contact with the departments involved.
• Prepare commercial offers.
• Prepare documentation and participate in tenders organized by current or potential customers.
• Monitor the homologation of new products.
• Draw up the commercial contract and ensure the recovery of the copy approved by the customer.
• Launch and monitor the status of orders until their delivery to the customer.
• Update files of existing and potential customers in the internal ERP.
• Monitor customer solvency and, together with the Regional Account Manager, is responsible for collecting invoices from existing customers.
• Ensure the interface between Romcarton and customers and carry out customer satisfaction analysis.
