We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous Inside Sales Representative, who will become the bridge between customers, our field sales team (Field Sales), and the opportunities in the Romanian and Hungarian markets.

 What we are looking for:

• Education & Technical Knowledge (Mandatory): Technical university graduate. Expertise in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics is essential.
• Languages (Mandatory): Advanced/proficiency in both Romanian and Hungarian (you will work equally with customers from both countries) + advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory if you have the motivation and eagerness to learn and undergo sales training.
• Soft Skills & Work Style: Excellent negotiation, proactivity, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work 100% remote while demonstrating high autonomy.

 What will you do every day?

• Opportunity Generation: Identify new business opportunities for the Field Sales team (prospecting, outbound lead generation).
• Inbound Management: Handle inbound technical sales inquiries and qualified leads in a prompt and professional manner.
• Field Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the field team to prepare necessary sales support materials (vendor documentation, offers, presentation materials).
• Customer Relations: Provide top-tier support to our existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Strategy & Administration: Work alongside the Regional Sales Director and the marketing team to develop communication plans, and keep the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date.
