As an Inside Sales Professional, you will join a team dedicated to developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers' pharmacies and healthcare professionals - all with the goal of contributing to a better quality of life for people with diabetes and related conditions.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (local time)

Work model:

Hybrid – Bucharest

If you are located outside the city, we can arrange a fully remote setup to accommodate your needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining commercial relationship for existing / new accounts through outbound calls, & answering inbound calls, in accordance with country specific processes which are provided by Client in writing and in advance.
  • Sell product bundles at pre-negotiated rates to Pharmacies.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in Salesforce.
  • Participating in remote sales team meetings and interacting periodically with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Dedicated Outbound & Inbound sales phone call handling with Customer’ Pharmacies & Healthcare Professionals.


Candidate’ profile:


We are looking for dynamic individuals who are goal oriented, excel in building relationships by actibely listening and responding to the needs of our costumer:


  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced level of German.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver superior customer experience and target driven
  • High energy level and personal resilience
  • Action oriented with a high sense of urgency and agility
  • Integrity and desire to comply with all legal and moral standards
  • Service and quality oriented


Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in Medical Device BPO /Diabetes devices.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales leads and manage customer data.
  • Tele sales / Upsell / Cross Selling Experience / Collection Experience
