A results-driven Insights Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, skilled in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions. Familiar with Python, SQL, Power BI, and SAP systems, with knowledge about workflows using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Adept at designing impactful dashboards, translating business needs into data-driven insights, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams towards building projects roadmap. 

Responsabilities:

o Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growtho Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectivelyo Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights or product roadmapso Monitor and evaluate the performance of DIAI tools, ensuring accuracy and relevanceo Present findings in a compelling narrative format tailored to both technical and non-technical audienceso Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies for potential adoptiono Document analysis processes and keep track of progress in terms of trends and patternso Automate data workflows and reporting processes using notebooks, pipelines, and low-code tools within Databricks and Microsoft Fabrico Extract and analyze data from SAP systems to support operational and strategic reporting needso Support synchronization with master data processes and map it with DIAI tools outputso Partner with data engineers, product managers, domain experts, and IT teamso Support DIAI team to adopt bespoke solutions and GenAI capabilities Requirements:o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.o 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence - datavisualization tools (e.g., Power BI)o Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel especially)o Basic experience in Python/SQL and SAP systems. Automation experiencepreferred.o Project managemento Highly Preferred experience in FMCG Industryo English - advanced
