A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader for Installation and Commissioning with a strong background in power transformers, preferably following European standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and manage daily operations of several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C) activities. Ensure efficient communication and people management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries. Report I&C progress, correspondence, and status to project managers. Conduct review meetings with the management team. Handle I&C topics with customers and on-site stakeholders. Travel as needed to support I&C activities on a partial basis.

What You Bring

5 years of experience in a related field. BSc or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning of power transformers, preferably in the high voltage range. Experience in leading on-site crews and monitoring I&C processes. Background in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards. Knowledge and experience in quality assurance on-site. Project planning experience is a plus. Willingness to travel. Fluent in spoken and written English.
