We have a paid opportunity for a Business Analyst intern with German to join our team, in Bucharest, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

The internship will last for 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs and requirements
• Analyze business processes and data and create models, such as flowcharts and use cases, to visualize requirements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders (customers, sales, functional representatives) to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Follow-up and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations for business strategies and technology adoption
• Assist sales, project managers and other business functions in planning and executing projects, ensuring that business objectives are aligned with project deliverables

Key skills and qualifications

• 3rd year student at Bachelor's Degree or at Master
• Good English and German skills (at least B2)
• Flexibility to travel if needed
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Capacity to address challenges and propose effective solutions, often requiring critical thinking.
• Basic understanding of database management, data analysis tools (Excel)
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail when analyzing data and documenting requirements.
• Skills to effectively collaborate with team members and connect with stakeholders across different business units.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
