This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in collections, data management and adoption of Sales Force in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with seasoned professionals, supporting projects that drive global collection excellence and optimize supply chain performance across Honeywell. You will report directly to our Senior Customer Experience Manager, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid(3 days in the office + 2 days from home) work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from customers. Support project coordination tasks for various transformation initiatives. Help manage and maintain accurate data in our systems to ensure effective collections strategies. Participate in the adoption and implementation of Sales Force within our collection’s framework. Foster and maintain relationships with cash collection agencies, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Analyze data to identify trends in collections and report findings to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economic Studies, or a related field. Problem solving mindset, interpersonal and analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations. Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Academic or internship experience in Finance, Procurement, Engineering,IT or related field Fluency in another European language is a plus Self-motivated
