We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Intern to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, were you will gain experience in sales operations, supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and optimizing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about sales strategies, data analysis, and partner relationship management in a dynamic environment.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

The internship will last for 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and plans
• Support the creation of content for internal communication presentations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics for communication campaigns
• Assist in prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly rolling revenue forecast for the Inside Sales Team
• Support and help the Inside Sales team with Pipeline Hygiene
• Preparation, execution of various reports or presentations request by Inside Sales Team

Key skills and qualifications

• 3rd year student at Bachelor's Degree or at Master
• Advanced English skills
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentations and reporting skills
• Proactive thinker and team player
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to provide effective, accurate and on point information
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technically inclined would-be a plus in understanding the maintenance process and the steps involved
