In order to support the Regional IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern IT Communication Agent who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks

• Assure the appliance and support of control, management and communication structures to support the worldwide IT processes;
• Design concepts for new/changed control, management or communication structure considering valid corporate standards;
• Advise and support the IT Departments and functional areas in selecting, applying and implementing appropriate control, management or communication structure;
• Conduct project activities ( e.g. taking over partial task, project support for marketing);
• Create documentation and presentations;
• Internal content creation.
  

Profile

• University studies - in process of obtaining a Bachelor's/Master's Degree;
• Content creation skills (writing skills);
• English – advanced;
• German – intermediate level – nice to have;
• Very good communication and teamwork skills;
• Personal initiative, problem solving skills and high attention to details.
