• Communication with leaders and employees
• Responsibility for the onboarding process of new or promoted employees
• Responsibility for setting up an apprenticeship program, recruitment and mentorship for the apprentices
• Employer branding and liaising with universities and technical schools
• Involvement in further Human Resources processes and projects such as talent development or performance management.
