About the Role:
Our client is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Internal Account Manager to support customers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will build long-term client relationships, manage sales activities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction;
• Support Area Sales Managers (ASM) by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and processing orders;
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value;
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations in line with company guidelines;
• Address customer issues, resolve them promptly, or escalate when needed;
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights;
• Ensure customer interactions meet internal quality and compliance standards;
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations;
