The Internal Communication Specialist contributes to the development and implementation of internal communication across the Agricover Group, ensuring coherence, clarity, and alignment at all organizational levels.

The role involves structuring and adapting strategic messages for different categories of internal stakeholders, as well as supporting leadership in effectively delivering both internal and external communications.

The position is part of the Human Resources department and requires close collaboration with the Marketing department to ensure alignment and consistency of messages at group level.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and Content Development

• Communication planning: Develops and implements the annual internal communication plan, integrating relevant business initiatives and events (strategic projects, organizational changes, internal campaigns, corporate events, etc.).
• Executive content creation and structuring: Analyzes information from various company functions and creates strategic content, structuring executive messages tailored to each category of internal stakeholders (Board, top management, middle management), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
• Recurring communication: Manages recurring internal communication (newsletters, internal announcements, CEO/Board messages, strategic updates).

2. Leadership Communication Support

• Speaker support: Provides support to internal company speakers in preparing internal and external interventions by defining message structure, calibrating tone, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
• Material development: Prepares and adapts materials for town halls, internal meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.
• Translation and adaptation: Drafts and adapts communication materials in both Romanian and English and provides high-quality executive translations.

3. Alignment and Continuous Improvement

• Cross-functional collaboration: Works closely with the Marketing department to ensure strategic alignment and consistency between internal and external communication.
• Impact monitoring: Monitors the effectiveness of internal communication and proposes continuous improvements to enhance message clarity and impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communication / corporate communication / PR
• Experience working with top management or internal stakeholders
• Experience in executive content writing and adapting messages for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Philology, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Excellent writing and message structuring skills in both Romanian and English
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a solid understanding of business context
• Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
• Professional maturity and ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and rigor in structuring messages
• Reports to the HR Director

Important Note

This role focuses on strategic internal communication and requires relevant experience working with leadership and in executive content writing. Candidates with experience exclusively in digital marketing or social media will not be considered.
