Internal Communications Specialist - Factory
As we embark on the journey of building a new factory in Romania — one of the most significant industrial investments in the country — we are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs & Communications team and support how employees experience this transformation from day one.
Internal communication in a factory environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and closely connected to daily operations. This role focuses on the practical execution of internal communication activities, working closely with factory management and frontline teams to ensure information is clear, timely, and accessible across shifts.
Position
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will

• Execute internal communication activities for factory operations in line with the defined communication strategy.
• Adapt and deliver operational and corporate messages for employees across shifts, using on-site and digital communication channels.
• Translate complex topics into clear, practical, and engaging content for frontline employees.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition activities, events, and feedback sessions.
• Provide communication support to factory leadership and managers through briefings, talking points, and communication materials.
• Maintain factory communication channels and support feedback collection and basic engagement measurement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or blue-collar workforce environment.
• Ability to translate complex corporate topics into clear, practical language for operational teams.
• Experience supporting leadership visibility and managerial communication.
• Stakeholder management skills and confidence working across functions.
• Understanding of change communication, employee engagement practices, and feedback mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with digital and on-site communication tools.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
