Sales Process Management:
-Provide solutions to customer requests and ensure timely delivery of offers.
-Organize and keep all sales-related documents and documentation up to date.
Production Process:
-Checklist creations
-PDF request’s
-Visa & MC submission and approvals
-Production orders releasing
-Orders for lettershop materials
-Work preparation
Order Tracking:
-Monitor logistics to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time after the sale.
-Manage the delivery process and provide regular updates to the customer.
-Organize delivery timelines and processes based on customer requests.
Customer Communication and Support:
-Communicate directly with customers to provide information about products and services.
-Maintain continuous communication to ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
-Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
Data and Reporting:
-Monitor all stages of the sales process and provide accurate and timely reports.
-Prepare regular reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback.
-Analyze and report on sales targets and performance indicators.
Internal Coordination:
-Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and project departments.
-Facilitate coordination within the team to ensure smooth process flow.
-Make necessary arrangements to manage operational processes effectively.
Sales Support:
-Provide product and service information to the sales team as needed.
-Analyze customer needs and contribute to sales strategies.
Stock and Inventory Management:
-Ensure proper management of products and inventory.
-Monitor stock
Invoicing
-Cost calculations
-Monthly invoicing
The position is for a determined period of approximately 2 years (replacing a person in the CIC)

Education and Experience:︉︌︌︁︊︅︆︈​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
• University Degree
• Minimum 1 years’ customer service (or similar) experience;
• Experience in Production environments is mandatory;
• Good knowledge of ERPs, experience with SAP is a plus;
• Proficient in English;
• Advanced use of Excel.
