At Speakit we are searching for German speakers to work as German Client Consultants for one of the leading tourism industries worldwide! You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service . Imagine a work day, during which you will deal with one of the biggest pleasures in life; traveling. Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of communication channels, including incoming calls, emails, and social media requests. Your adept handling of diverse platforms will contribute to an engaging and responsive customer experience.
- Customer service : Ensure and provide quality of service to customers, handle inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures, recommending changes that boost the accuracy and efficiency of the entire Customer Service department. Your insights will be instrumental in fostering continuous improvement.
- Represent one of the leading players in the tourism sector. Your proficiency in resolving basic questions and queries will contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Report technical issues, customers complaints and other problems
