Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage a variety of communication channels, including incoming calls, emails, and social media requests. Your adept handling of diverse platforms will contribute to an engaging and responsive customer experience.
  
• Customer service : Ensure and provide quality of service to customers, handle inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures, recommending changes that boost the accuracy and efficiency of the entire Customer Service department. Your insights will be instrumental in fostering continuous improvement.
  
• Represent one of the leading players in the tourism sector. Your proficiency in resolving basic questions and queries will contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  
• Report technical issues, customers complaints and other problems
