Currently we are looking for:

International Transport SpecialistLocation:Pol-Kraków or RO-BucharestMain responsibilities:

• Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency
• Negotiating transport costs
• Scheduling transportation services, allocating drivers, and planning routes
• Processing transportation documentation and monitoring trucks/ drivers via systems
• Developing and improving road transportation activity in the perimeter assigned
• Training, and supervising drivers , positioning of the trucks
• Liaising between management, carriers, and customer service.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services.
• Evaluating driver/carrier performance, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
   

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Transportation or Logistic are necessary,
• Fluency in written and verbal English (min. B2/C1),
• University degree (Logistics, Commerce or Economics preferred but not mandatory),
• Very good command of MS Office,
• Good planning and organizing skills,
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and excel under pressure,
• Knowledge of the Transport TMS system and SAP would be an advantage.
