International Transport Specialist

Our International Transport Specialist will efficiently manage the company's transport, maintaining an optimal balance between costs and quality.

The main responsibilities are:

• Planning and organization of transports:
• Collaboration with the Sales, Purchasing, Production and Finance departments for planning and organizing deliveries.
• Ensuring transport on time and at optimized costs.
• Monitoring and reporting of deviations regarding the quality of deliveries and proposing alternative solutions.
• Selection and management of transport providers:
• Negotiation and selection of suppliers based on established criteria.
• Supervision of deliveries and verification of the conformity of contracts and invoices.
• Auditing suppliers and proposing their inclusion on the approved list.
• Management of documentation and reports in SAP, TMS, Office:
• Entering orders and updating data in SAP, TMS.
• Preparation of monthly or quarterly reports on transport activity (KPIs).
• Ensuring the continuity of operations in the absence of the direct supervisor.
• Resolution of complaints:
• Handling complaints related to the transportation of finished products.
• Management of activities involving the responsibility of carriers.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Compliance with health, safety, environment, and integrated management systems standards.

What makes you great:

• Bachelor’s degree - preferably in the field of transport logistics or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (Transporeon).
• Understanding of transport legislation and logistics procedures.
• Communication and negotiation skills, organisation and planning, orientation towards optimisation and cost reduction.
• English language – B
