Your Key Responsabilities:

• Support within global projects for the consolidation of M365 solutions
• Definition of documentation, coordinate data protection & cyber security requirements, according with our company guidelines in the respective areas
• Moderation and preparation of meetings and as well monitoring of project progress, deviations of features within our area of responsibility.
• Support the PO in processing and validating backlog and running tasks within the product.
• Collaboration with and coordination of stakeholders and experts such as data protection officer, cyber security responsible and as well as external companies
• Communication within the product teams and stakeholders involved when needed.
• Incident management in our queue and look for areas of improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Business Informatics, Communications / Information Technoloy or a comparable field of study
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of other Microsoft tools (eg. Teams, Sharepoint Online)
• Project management skills, previous work experience or internship in the field of IT, experience in Cyber Security, Communication and/or data protection is a plus
• Fluent English and German skills
• Communication skills, reliability, high level of independence, organizational skills, willingness to learn.
