Job Description

• Support for Production Material Purchasing Department in different projects;
• Support for sourcing process: analyze offers, prepare documentation, support supplier communication etc.);
• Support for BOM's evaluation, and component risks evaluation;
• Involved in administrative tasks;
• Support for the team in various Purchasing activities (different KPI reports tracking, documents creation and various data analysis, involved in long term strategy, attend negotiation, contracts creation etc.);
• Involvement in communication between AUMOVIO's suppliers and Internal customers;
• Support in AI implementation for BA PUR organization;
• Frequently used tools: Microsoft Office, other specific PUR tools.

Qualifications

• Is enrolled in a Master Program or is still in University;
• Is eager to develop and learn more about purchasing department;
• Proactive attitude, initiative and is self driven;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
