Our Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and reviewing PAM (Project Alignment Meeting) documentation, writing meeting minutes
Checking the budget request with the Budget / Forecast - prior to PAM
Support for APT (Automotive Planning Tool) upload
Supporting the preparation of month end closing (reports, presentations)
Support for reimbursements closing

Your Qualifications:

Studies in Economics, Business Administration or comparable qualification
First experience in Controlling or in similar area
Experience in using MS Office
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Strong communication & team skills
High level of initiative & assertiveness
