But we also need you, a passionate HR colleague, as we want to further develop the Purchasing Team who is offering support to our worldwide colleagues with focus on getting the best value without compromising on quality.
Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and order acknowledgements according to defined process.
• Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of suppliers and own area of responsibility.
• Support supplier relationships to ensure continuity of goods and services that meet the quality, service and price performance standards of the company.
• Support for implementation of global/regional agreements.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and locations to achieve procurement goals and objectives.
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in English language, German/French knowledge is considered a plus.
• Currently enrolled in University: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a similar field.
• Eager to develop and learn more about Purchasing's in's and out's.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Focus on data quality and accuracy, high interest in working with numbers and calculations.
• Good Excel competency.
