Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internship Process Technology role based in Arad, Romania. The intern will contribute to the improvement and optimization of technical processes, participate in cross-functional projects, provide support for implementing new technologies, and conduct training sessions for technical teams as needed. The role also involves engaging with internal customer service teams and analyzing business processes for further enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and solve technical and process challenges
• Understanding of Business Process Improvement and the ability to drive efficiency within operations
• Effective communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts
• Customer service orientation and experience in addressing internal stakeholder needs
• Capability to deliver training and support teams in implementing new processes and technologies
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools is an advantage
• Education in Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field is preferred
