Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Student Intern to support our inventory, data administration, and tool management processes. This role combines hands-on work in the warehouse with administrative tasks in the office , offering broad exposure to logistics, customer interactions, and production data flow.
Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Sort, label, photograph, and organize tools.
• Maintain box IDs and update Excel inventory.
• Arrange materials to optimize storage space.
  

Data Administration & Customer Portals

• Update customer portals and align codes.
• Check BOM structures and verify locations in SAP.
• Prepare and send customer confirmation letters.
  

Scrap Process Support

• Identify tools for scraping with Sales/SCM.
• Photograph, measure, weigh, and separate items.
• Gather technical data and prepare scrap documentation with ESH and recycling partners.
  

Qualifications

• Enrolled in technical university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s program);
• Good PC skills – Excel required; SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both a warehouse environment and an office setting.
• Basic communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
• English – intermediate to advanced.
