Role: Internship - Salesforce Developer

The role:
We are looking for a Internship - Salesforce Developer for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

• Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Support daily administrative tasks such as user management, data imports/exports, and reporting
• Help design and maintain dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Document CRM processes and assist in user training materials
• Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects
• Test new features or integrations before deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to understand CRM needs
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features

And you?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data handling tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and passion for evolving into a CRM system consultancy career
