Job Description
As an Intern, you will support the team in day-to-day activities while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, international environment. The internship provides the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in practice, develop technical and soft skills, and gain insight into corporate processes, teamwork, and professional standards.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and be guided by a dedicated mentor, contributing to ongoing activities and improvement initiatives while continuously developing your competencies.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in operational and project-related activities aligned with the department’s objectives;
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of tasks, analyses, or reports;
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, or documentation updates;
• Follow internal guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements;
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a professional environment;
• Actively learn and apply technical, functional, or business-related knowledge relevant to the role.
  

Qualifications
Education:

• Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Automation, Data Science, or similar).
  

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data processing;
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL (MS SQL), including basic queries and database concepts;
• Interest in or foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts (e.g. automation, data analysis, machine learning fundamentals, AI-assisted tools);
• Understanding of software development fundamentals (logic, algorithms, version control principles);
• Ability to work with development and collaboration tools in a professional environment;
• Experience with scripting or small development projects (academic or personal).
  

Soft Skills

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical, fast‑paced environment;
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset;
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Team‑oriented attitude combined with accountability and ownership;
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance and mentoring.
