Role Overview
The Social Media Project Manager Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of social media initiatives across all Formed verticals. This role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance-driven campaigns—ideal for candidates passionate about digital marketing, branding, and project management.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end social media projects from ideation to performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content.
• Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support campaign planning for launches, events, and educational programs.
• Monitor analytics and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Conduct trend and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Support community engagement, including comments and messages.
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, branding, and project management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva or Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
